Sarah Jayne (SJ) Boulton is a scientist, educator, and product developer whose interests include exploring how to help students learn science via game design and software development. In her current role as Product Manager at Labster, SJ is committed to improving the virtual learning experience with failure-driven, inquiry-led, experimental approaches. SJ is an advocate for STEM education and has written for several publications about her particular focus on supporting women in STEM. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, served as a chemistry lecturer at Newcastle University, and has 16 years of educational coaching and teaching experience.
