Prior to founding Derivita, Devlin was co-founder of Instructure and co-creator of the Canvas LMS. Devlin started Instructure while in graduate school at BYU and, in 2015, the company went public. Canvas remains the fastest-growing LMS and one of the Top 50 most-visited websites. In 2017, Devlin launched Derivita with the mission of making math instructional materials more readily accessible for both educators and learners.
